This year’s Dashain has become cold as the monsoon activity is not inactive. According to the Water and Weather Forecasting Division, the monsoon is still active and is expected to end on October 2.
In the regular bulletin issued by the division this morning, it is mentioned that there will be heavy rain in many parts of the country for the next three days. Due to the influence of the low-pressure area in and around the central-west Bay of Bengal, light to moderate rains is currently occurring in all the provinces except Madhesh.
