Puwakhola-One Hydropower convened a general meeting on July 25. At the meeting, the company is proposing to issue an IPO. There is also an agenda to amend the company’s regulations. For this, the proposal to give full authority to the Board of Directors is being taken to the meeting.
Union House Pvt. Anamnagar will start at 10 am in Kathmandu. The annual report for the Fiscal Year 2077-78 and the profit and loss proposal for the same period will be discussed. There is another agenda to determine the remuneration by appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2078-79.
