The bonus shares of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd have been deposited in the Demat account of the respective shareholders The company has deposited 20% bonus shares in the accounts of the shareholders who have Demat their shares till 18th Paush.
Those who have not Demat yet have to Demat the physical certificate they have to get bonus shares in their account. The company’s general meeting held on 29th Paush passed a resolution to distribute 20% bonus shares from the profit of the financial year 2077/78.
