Reasons for sleeping feet:

4. Tarsal tunnel syndrome
Tarsal tunnel syndrome occurs when the nerves that run from the back of the foot to the inside of the knee contract. The tarsal tunnel is a narrow area in the inner part of the knee. Even in this problem, the feet become drowsy and tingling.
5. Peripheral artery disease
Peripheral artery disease occurs when blood vessels in the legs, arms, and abdomen constrict. When this happens, the number of blood decreases and blood circulation also decreases. So the feet fall asleep.
6. Stroke and mini-stroke
Strokes and mini-strokes can cause brain damage. Strokes or mini-strokes can sometimes cause temporary or prolonged tingling in certain parts of the body.
7. Alcohol consumption:
Toxins found in alcohol can cause damage to the nerves in the legs. Prolonged consumption of too much alcohol can damage nerves which can lead to sleep problems.

If the foot only sleeps for a short time, some home remedies may be given.
