In the policy and program of the Fiscal Year 2079/80 presented by President Bidyadevi Bhandari in the joint sitting of the Federal Parliament on Tuesday, it has been mentioned that the real estate business will be arranged only from the specialized sector.
The government plans to set up a separate body to regulate the real estate business. According to the existing system, a separate institution is being set up as the details of revenue fraud and actual transactions are not known.
