Sleep is essential for good health. The nature of sleep varies from person to person. Some people take hours to fall asleep, while others fall asleep at the same time. There are usually two types of sleep, RAM sleep, and non-RAM sleep. Non-RAM sleep is a normal type of sleep, meaning that a person can easily wake up in this sleep.
People reach this stage after about 90 minutes of sleep. During this time the brain is very active and people dream. Children sleep about 50 percent of the time. On average, adults spend only 20 percent of their time on a RAM slips. Lack of sleep, disturbance, or other causes can affect health. Some people become restless and tremble in their sleep.
Sleep deprivation is also a problem. Some people associate it with mental problems, which is wrong. Normally, the brain is active during sleep, so it is shaking and rumbling.

This can be a problem even if you consume a lot of alcohol and drugs. Similarly, people who take sleeping pills for long periods of time also have trouble sleeping.
How to avoid
A lot of things should not be played in the mind, do not worry, the workload should be eased. So that the problem of sleep can be solved gradually. Get to bed and get up on time. The atmosphere in the bedroom needs to be calm.
Must be physically healthy. Alcohol and drugs should not be used. Avoid sleeping pills as much as possible. Consult a psychiatrist if you have regular nausea, vomiting, or tremors.
